1. saute onions and garlic in little oil
2. add red curry paste to your taste (a little goes a long way)
3. add a chicken or beef buillion cube with a cup of water
4. let boil
5. add veggies til cooked to your liking
6. add cubed tofu
7. make a slurry with cornstarch and water
8. add to pan and stir until slightly thickened
9. serve with steamed white rice
