Cosmos is in the hotel which used to be Le Meridien Art + Tech, right? If so, I ate there last year and it was good. I'm sorry I can't remember what we ate but our flight was delayed and we were tired and just happy to check in and have a decent restaurant without having to leave the building.

We were surprised there was no wait for a table at 9 p.m. on a Friday night. It was fairly empty. The bar was populated with the see and be seen types. Service was good and, the staff were nice and well informed about the menu.

Chino Latino is my favorite out of your list. Their specialty is "hot zone" food from areas near the equator (ie: "street food").
If you are open to other suggestions, I would strongly recommend 112 Eatery. As a former Minneapolis resident, I still visit frequently. I had an amazing meal there recently.
Let us know about your adventures.
    Good luck!
