I am going to see a movie at Pipers Alley with my thirteen year old cousin tomorrow evening. I haven't been there in a pretty long while, is there anywhere nearby that's good and acceptable to a not very adventurous wee bugger of an eater or should we just go to the flat top grill?

Thanks and sorry if this is the wrong forum to post stuff like this in!

Obviously, Adobo Grill is right there, if your wee bugger can handle Mexican.

I don't know how late they're open, but Nookie's (just up Wells St.) is decent and, being an all-purpose diner/coffeeshop/familyrestaurant, child-friendly.

The Fireplace Inn is right down Wells St.(1448). Nothing to write home about, but tasty nevertheless ribs and chicken; the usual suspects.

Also, Old Jerusalem is across the street for, again, okay Middle Eastern fare.

I personally would chose flat top over nookies and fireplace. I suppose you could go to the bar louie up the road.
