There's a Greek restaurant off of Golf road that seems to always be packed. It's west of Golf Mill and on Golf Road. I forgot the name of the restaurant and the city it's in. I think it's Des Plaines, but I'm not sure. I tried the search but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

We're looking for a good restaurant somewhere in Des Plaines and I thought that Greek one I always pass by would be a nice pick. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the name. Please help! Thanks.

You probably mean the Omega, right?

You are probably thinking about Myknos. It is about a half mile west of Milwaukee Avenue. Have not been there in a couple of years, but always enjoyed it.

    Omega is it! Thanks! :)

It's still open 24 hours. Besides the skirt steak mentioned in the previous post, what other items would you recommend for dinner?

We ate at Myknos a year ago, can't remember what my vegetarian SO had but I enjoyed the lamb shank.

The broiled chicken is pretty good too as our the big (big) salads. Other than that, it's hit or miss.

The Omega's soups and salads are very good, too.
