And, honestly, I've seen the place go from no line when I show up to a line out the door 10 minutes later, and vice versa. I don't think it'd be of much use

I'd rather have a camera trained on his able staff so I could entertain myself during slow periods at work watching all the dogs being prepared.
Otherwise, streaming live audio of Doug interacting with customers would be great!
