Good Restaurants in/near Canton & Akron, Ohio

Hi

My younger brother is getting married at the end of August in Canton, Ohio.

My twin brother and I want to throw him a memorable bachelor dinner on the Thursday before the ceremony -- however, I don't know much about the dining scene in or around Canton & Akron, Ohio.

Are there any remarkable restaurants in the area? A white tablecloth establishment or a great steakhouse or some regional gem?

Any advice is appreciated.
