Cosmicafe -- Montrose & Damen

Popped into Cosmicafe last week after reading about the Mimi the Deli Queen in another thread. Does anyone know if Cosmicafe has new owners? The deli sandwiches there seemed just average and it also seems like they may have gone corporate as their signage now indicates that it is Entervision's Cosmicafe. Anyone have the scoop?

Yes, they've undergone quite a few changes lately, and the ownership and management has changed (management more than once, I think, but don't quote me on that) in the past year. I believe the place was considering closing but did not.

I just found out over the weekend that Mimi the Deli Queen has indeed moved on, though haven't been able to catch up with her yet.
