... seeks a good deli Chicken Kiev

When I was young my family would have these great Kievs. They were larger than most store brands, a touch irregular shaped, and had a small portion of bone (still connected to the meat) like a small handle.

Even the best common store brands are lacking. I tried making them, not too hard, but I have not zeroed in on the correct seasoned butter as of yet.

Until then I would be willing to pay for some good ones...
