In his crime-fighting efforts, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald targets dirty criminals who have re-labeled the expiration date on bottles of salad dressing sold in the Chicagoland area:

Wow, it was 1.6 MILLION bottles they re-labeled. That had to be a huge operation. I wonder how much of that goes on?
