real bits of lemon skin, gooey ricotta + batter. the only pancake for which no syrup is needed.
there's also a mango sour cream pancake as well (which i have yet to try).

Post #3 - July 24th, 2006, 8:06 pmI miss their Carnival French Toast! For a while I was eating it every Sunday and then it disappeared. I heard that the elderly woman who made it fell ill.
It was 2" cubes of bread that I swear must have been deep-fried but wasn't greasy at all.
