Steamed Juicy Pork Buns

While I am a great fan of Chicago's excellent Chinese offerings, I am unaware of any restaurants that offer steamed juicy pork buns. These are not the thick dough buns, but the Shanghai-style buns that contain not only meat but soup inside. If anyone is familiar with NYC, they are the buns that made Joe's Shanghai famous. Does anyone know where I can find these?

You are in luck, there are two recent post for Xiao Long Bao where you can either buy it or make it yourself.
