I'm curious: where was the Just Say No to Coons sign? It looks like the Cajun Connection, but I only say that b/c I remember another bit of delicately phrased prose about Coonasses on the wall.

By the way, just as a reminder there is no politics discussed on LThforum, which is specified in our posting guidelines. This particular post just seems to be dancing on the edge, which is not especially desired.
Last January, I made my second visit to the Raccoon Feed. The hosts once again gifted me with some braised raccoon, which I plan to bring to the LTHforum picnic in September. I'll debone it and make it convenient to try on a cracker.

If nothing else, I'm now in touch with the underground 'coon lovers on the board. I'm duly impressed by the Racoon Roadkill at Moto--both Cathy2's ability to procure, and Cantu's ability to prepare.
