I just moved to Ravenswood/Lincoln Square, near the corner of Wilson and Damen. Can anyone suggest a good everyday grocery store in the area? One where we can do our regular weekly shopping?

    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the neighborhood. Try Harvest Time foods at 2632 W. Lawrence.

If it's larger chains you're looking for, there's a Jewel on Lincoln (south of Montrose) and a Trader Joe's at Lincoln & Grace.

I live in the neighborhood, too—for basics, there's a Dominick's at Berwyn and Lincoln. But I do the majority of my produce/meat/fish shopping at the Trader Joe's (Lincoln&Grace) or Whole Foods on Ashland.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm sure I'll be asking plenty more questions about good bakeries, butchers, fish mongers, etc. in the area.

Visit Joe the Sausage King while you can.
