This weekend, a 25# bag of RAW peanuts came into my possession. Grade A from Wakefield, VA. Any ideas how to creatively use these?

Make boiled peanuts, spiced up with hot sauce.

You could boil them with star anise and a little salt - Chinese style. Quite yummy !!

I have been busy roasting peanuts - 27 minutes at 350F.

You have to let them cool off before they become good and crunchy.

Once you have roasted your own, you will not go back to the store bagged variety.

I have always boiled mine in salted water and then eaten them warm - a delicious formula in my opinion :)

Some time back someone offered a recipe for peanuts boiled in beer with some dried chilies added. While I have not tried this, it certainly sounded delicious.
