Milwaukee Sausages

I'm going up to Milwaukee on Thursday. One of my missions is to buy a bunch of German style sausages (brats are OK, but I'm looking for the more esoteric) for an Octoberfest sausage party I've been invited to. I'm planning on stopping at the Milwaukee Public Market, but I'm sure there are some neighborhood sausage shops that put out a good product. Does anyone have recommendations for me?

The sources don't necessarily have to be in Milwaukee, I'm interested in anyplace on the way there or as far West as Waukesha.

Of course, you must go to Usinger's. It's not exactly a neighborhood sausage shop, but it certainly is a meaty mecca.

Be sure to check out the pastroma and the yachtwurst. Usinger's also has a nice applewood-smoked bacon. The store cuts everything to order.

I've been to Usingers in the past, and it's a great looking store. I'm looking for something a little more "artisnal" than the mass produced product sold there, but thanks anyway.
