Deepest deep-dish/stuffed pizza?

I do not necessarily endorse these creations, or particularly enjoy them. In all truthfulness, I've successfully avoided them, except for, maybe, a half-dozen times upon giving in to visiting out-of-town friends who desired the thickest "authentic Chicago" pizza. But I got to wondering:

What is the thickest pizza out there? How high do they go?

Hmm, I'm trying to decide which 4" to vote for...

I think the real question that I would ask is how thick (high) is the thickest/tallest deep dish/stuffed pizza you ever had...where was it...and was it good?

I think of the biggies, Giordano's might take it, but you guys probably know better than me.

ALthough I will say that I have been disappointed at the "size" of a recent pizza at Joey Buona's, I'd like to think that that size (height/thickness) is or at least should be irrelevant...the important things are the crust/cheese/sauce and toppings/fillings, how they blend together and how well the pizza is cooked.

The "how did it taste?" aspect, I agree, ought to be an aspect of this quest. As I mentioned, I'm not too partial to this particular pizza style, but suddenly became obsessed with the largest height dimension (er, "The Guinness Book of World Records" stuffed pizza, you might say).
