1) I have always had very good meals at the Bellagio buffet. It IS expensive but you get a wide variety of foods.
2) I would also recommend the Alladin IF they have moved into their NEW quarters. For the past several months, they have been operating under temporary quarters and the quality has suffered.
I have heard positives about the Wynn and the Mandalay Buffets although I have not had the opportunity to try them.
At the other end of the spectrum cost-wise, the Orleans and the Gold Coast are pretty good for the price (about $15).
Yeah, I've always liked the Aladdin Spice Market buffet the best due to all the Middle Eastern options.
The Wynn was fine the past two times I went there, although I really didn't care for their desserts. Mandalay Bay is also decent.
The Orleans is the only place I've seen that has whole boiled crawfish in their buffet.
Also, the Paradise Buffet in the Fremont on Tuesday, Friday, and Sun has crab legs during dinner for $15.99.
When I grow up, I'm going to Bovine University!
