Any ideas on places to buy pork back fat on Sundays?

Tried Jewel and Whole Foods.
What about Fox and Obel? EDIT: Just called and it is a special order from F&O.
Any ideas?

Is it something that they put out in the room? Or do I need to ask for it?

Chhicago Meat has Pork Hocks and fat back in a cooler right as you walk i the front door.Steve Z.

Post #8 - March 5th, 2007, 2:28 pmLooks like you found a source, but in a pinch, Peoria usually has big pieces of pork skin on the tables. When I last made sausage I ended up buying a piece of this and scraping fat off myself at home.
