    From today's Chicago Tribune - Good Eating section:

    Fame on the farm...in this special to the Tribune, Maureen Abood reports that local farmers markets have helped increase the profile of the sustainable farms that supply them and, as a result, also raised awareness about important agricultural issue as well.

    A green market in Geneva...in this special to the Tribune, Susan Taylor identifies the Geneva Green Market as a bona fide shopping destination and reports that it opened on " . . . June 28 with a dazzling selection of products, all from within a 200-mile radius of the western suburb."

    Red wines provide spicy complement to Chinese ribs...Bill Daley challenges the dated notion that only white wine can be successfully paired with Chinese food. Tasting notes are included.
