breaded steak sandwich, at least in Italianesque style of Ricobene’s, Uncle Johnny's, Freddie's etc do not belong together. Or, as Dickson so aptly put it,
Is there such a thing as a good breaded steak sandwich?, to which my answer is no. I find, to quote
Erik M, they tend to taste like "
breaded carpet padding."
I would be very much interested in where you are going for Chicago style breaded steak sandwiches.
