I tried it a week or two ago. Quick impressions:
Bright and clean, with an eat-in area for the sushi bar.
Raw seafood looked very high quality, was expensive, limited selection.
A little prepared food.
A smattering of mostly Japanese grocery-type ingredients and a few cookbooks.
I wanted to like it more than I did, since it's walking distance for me. For now I'll stick to the Burhops in No Man's Land if I need better-than-supermarket quality seafood.

Pie Lady wrote:I'd like to revive this thread since it's so old and Mr. Pie and I are having a heck of a time finding a place that specializes in seafood that is also in the $15 price range. We ended up at a neighborhood place that I like because of a particular drunken waitress and the fish made me want to cry. Are there any closer to our neck of the woods (Northwest 'burbs and city)?
At some point I will get to La Cazuela - those photos look marvelous!
