Delicious turtle, seafood and the area's finest "family style" chicken with tortellini and spaghetti!

I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. I wonder if any content on that miserable site is legitimate.

The same thing happened to me on Metromix. I looked there to find out the dates of this year's St. Harbalambos Greek Food Fest, and found the review I wrote of the festival on LTH, 2 years ago with (very) minor changes and somebody else's name attached. I believe the review was submitted by a user and not the staff of the site, but it is the only thing that comes up when you search for the festival, and it is the 3rd ranked listing on a Yahoo search.

I was pretty steamed when I first realized what it was, but then I figured that it is the only thing that comes up on metromix about the fest, and it is a way cool festival, and if they pulled the comment, then there would be nothing describing the event. Maybe it was just somebody trying to promote the event that liked what I had to say about it. They did a really bad job of editing (they tried to turn it from first person to third person). Still, they should have contacted me.David Hammond wrote:Dave, did you report the stolen comment to Metromix? I can understand if you thought it wouldn't be worth your time, but this kind of casual plagiarism is revolting.
