I'd like to pair my latest batch of bolognese with fresh paparadelle or tagliatelle. Any ideas where to find them? North/northwest side would be best.
    Thanks.

If you call Terragusto early in the day, they'll often make extra for you and sell it retail. Not always, but often - at least as of about 8 months ago, before I got my pasta machine.

Great advice, thanks. I got a pound of egg tagliatelle at Terragusto. They have a sign up that says you can order pasta with 24 hours notice, but I just stopped in and luckily they had enough. It wasn't cheap ($10 for the pound), but given the quality and convenience I was fine with that. The woman behind the counter was great-she gave me cooking instructions and recommended the egg pasta over whole wheat given I was pairing it with bolognese. I'll definitely be back there to try the restaurant.

I heartily recommend the restuarant. I have not been there since last winter but love the place. BYOB or at least was the last time I was there. Also, if you go with a group you can order family style - fantastic value for the quality.
