I've read the various reviews and I believe Bordain visited on a show that i watched.
If you have not experienced the best seafood that can usually only be obtained by purchasing right on the dock or from purveyors such as Browne Trading which is the best in my opinion, then you might want to avail yourself of a visit to learn what fresh is all about. Many times also the best quality is not available to a private source as its sold to restaurants only. Preperation is also a concern because if you have never shucked a scallop in the shell or prepared Murigai from a whole live gooeyduck clam then you best find someone to do this for you. I source from wherever I can get the best which usually means Browne, Mitsuwa or a grocery (Grasch's) in Milwaukee that is just superb on some items, and I can do the prep, so for me L20 is not a consideration. But if you want your standards set high, then L20 sounds like the place to go.-Dick
