Well, not with bbq sauce, but

Iam pretty regular at Uncle John's on the southside, for IMHO the best tips-and-links in the city. The portions are huge, and there are often leftovers. Which work just fine - pop em in the oven for a bit and theyre excellent, of course.
But also, just as often, I'll make my own home-pizza.. crappy store-bought crust of course, and sauce (usually red, but sometimes alfredo for a white-pizza), and I can make it the way *I* want it, with more meat and cheese (which is whats important

When I do this, I often use a bit of the leftover Uncle John's hot-link for my pizza topping. It works out great, I think they taste wonderful on a pizza (but then to me they taste wonderful pretty much anytime).
If this Maywood place smokes their links and then uses em on a pizza for you, do let us know how it comes out. I suspect it'll turn out very well (and may well encourage some of us to make a trip out to this place the next time we're around the southside
