Been thinking about fish tacos lately so I picked up cod and shrimp from
Fresh Farms and rolled my own.
Fish TacosCod/shrimpPeel and devein shrimp/cut cod in taco size pieces
Light brine 2-hours
Rinse, pat dry
Batter1-1/2 cup flour
12-oz beer
salt/pepper/cayenne/cumin
Mix with beer, let rest 20-minutes

FryCorn oil in wok
Drain/rest
SlawCabbage dressed with labne/Hellman's/lemon juice/salt/pepper/cayenne/cumin
SalsaTomato/jalapeno/white onion/cilantro/lime/salt/pepper

Plate, eat, enjoy.
