Dried, salted, preserved. Most any Chinese grocery will have them.
Here is
a link to a Frugal Gourmet recipe I've made a number of times, along with a picture of a package of jellyfish. Be sure to soak multiple times or the end result will be overly salty.
In the Frugal Gourmet Jellyfish Salad recipe you have a couple of choice to go with the garlic in the dressing, I've tried all three (separately) and prefer the hot/Chinese mustard option.
