Khan BBQ - parking blows around there
EvA wrote:Jim (and anyone else who hesitates to head to Khan's because of parking): I hate to think of your not trying chicken boti because of parking. I've posted this free parking map from the West Ridge Chamber of Commerce before. The Devon Bank lot is less than half a block from Khan's. Mutual Bank, also listed on the map, has now become "United Central Bank" (can these bank names get any more generic?), and I don't know if they are honoring the free parking commitment. We are lucky enough to be able to walk to Devon Avenue.

If you live near the Wisconsin border, where Well's is located, you have no excuse. Far as the neighborhood, it may be "bad" by Wisconsin border town standards, but I'd take my mother for a post pizza walk around the block and never give it a second thought. And yes, I like my mother.MikeW665 wrote:My list is too long to mention, but I also live near the Wisconsin boarder and might be moving to Kenosha. One place I really want to try is Well's Brothers. All that a friend of mine, who lives up that way, keeps saying is "It's in a REALLY bad neighborhood", but that doesn't bother me if the food is good,.
