Feeling lazy, don't want to cut stuff off a roll, nor do I want to fight with it being all curled up. 1/2 sheet-pan-size is acceptable, I suppose, but I'd really rather have all the work done for me....
Sur la Table says they have 1/2 sheets, though sometimes it doesn't show up on the website which makes me nervous. Michaels says they have seasonal-patterned sheets but doesn't say their dimensions...just wondering if anybody had a source. Pizza places apparently use square sheets, I could get them online (not quickly enough) by the thousand but that won't do at the moment.
