Feeling lazy, don't want to cut stuff off a roll, nor do I want to fight with it being all curled up. 1/2 sheet-pan-size is acceptable, I suppose, but I'd really rather have all the work done for me.... :D

Sur la Table says they have 1/2 sheets, though sometimes it doesn't show up on the website which makes me nervous. Michaels says they have seasonal-patterned sheets but doesn't say their dimensions...just wondering if anybody had a source. Pizza places apparently use square sheets, I could get them online (not quickly enough) by the thousand but that won't do at the moment.

The closest thing that I have found is that Gordon Food Service carries pan liners from Brown Paper Goods Company for about $5. Size is 16 3/8" x 24 3/8" so I cut them to fit whatever pan or pizza stone I am using. They are gently folded in half over a piece of corrugated cardboard, so no creases and no curling. They are Quilon coated.

Thanks! After going a couple places, I finally just bought a roll and have spent most of the day hacking it up.

I'd frankly have made do with almost any size square, but the ones I finally made that are working for my project are about 3 or 4 inches. Bigger might not have been a bad thing.

Thanks for the Sugar Craft info! I am too far behind to wait for something to ship, but made it a DIY thing.
