I just picked up a few of Rick Bayless' cookbooks and have started watching his program. For those already cooking his recipes, can you reccomend a good place to pick up chiles, Queso Anejo, chorizo, Mexican spices, etc...?
I went by my friendly Mexican market in Pilsen the other day and it was hit and miss on some of the items I needed.
Anyone have any sources for everything Rick??? Online or in person is welcome.
I live near O'Hare. Local markets preferred if possible.
