I'm in Bozeman, MT for an elk hunt and had dinner last night at Ted's downtown in a group of 11. It's located in what appears to be an old hotel building. Neat atmosphere and chock full on Friday night.
We were pleased with the food and service. Bison burgers and steaks cooked as ordered and the meat was delicious. A little gamey but that's what we were looking for. I don't know what the big deal is with the salt and pepper onion rings as they tasted like onion rings. The guys that had the creamed spinach with their steaks were savoring every bite. Fries, with my BOC bison burger, were limp and not hot. The only bummer of the evening.
The granny smith apple cobbler was a good capper following entrees and several Jameson's. I'd go back for sure.
