It's not any big deal - I did my primary shopping for the week Saturday, and planned the week today, based on 1) what I found that looked good/appealed price-wise, and 2) what I had on hand (like the cippolini onions that will braise with the pork on Friday, as well as the pork loin, which will come out of the freezer Wednesday). I don't have a lot of time to shop diuring the week, either, so planning and weekend prep -even for future grilling - is key.
Can't wait til tomorrow. Or Thursday, for that matter. Or Friday!
