While subjective I would agree Ramova is "atmospheric" but contend the food is a step up from Scott's or Huck Finn. In the general area I am a fan of
Kevin's full flavored diner food, read plentiful butter/oil/salt, which is equally atmospheric as Ramova though in a more rough and tumble urban fashion.
