I had not really given thought to a class with hands on involvement. The demo offered by Babareeba/Emilio's is the chef showing how to prepare. That would be good enough for me. With my schedule a one time offering rather than a committment to 4-6 would be best for me.
I do believe I read sometime back that the chopping block in Lincoln Square offered classes.
I would like to learn, paella, tapas and sushi.
