Seeing as I saw them on Food Network a couple months ago, I think the cat is out of the bag. I couldn't be happier for them.

ohhhhh. It read really weird above, didn't understand what she was saying.

A Lettuce, stir fried w/garlic

This is Scallion ginger sauce with another method here. Whatever you do: keep this in the refrigerator and not on the counter.

Thanks, Jen

How many people will be having dinner at Sun-Wah? 4?
If 4, I would recommend the following: the duck, a small order of the mixed BBQ and whatever veggie is the freshest that the server recommends. This is more than enough for 4 people, and gives you a chance to taste what they do best--the BBQ.
If you have more than 4, I would toss in a noodle dish, a seafood dish or Mike's chicken. Matter of taste, but I would take the BBQ over the chicken.
CM2772 wrote: My point is (I have one. Really.) that you might want to order 2 ducks for eight people. You will get a noodle dish and 1 duck for 8 might be stretching it too thin.
While we brought home leftovers, there was very little duck left.
