After feedback from Boudreaulicious, I tood the liberty of switching things up a bit and swapped out some things for my favorite dishes:
cocottes of pork with dried mushroom steamed over rice
cocottes of beef with savory cilantro steamed over rice
Steamed free-ranged chicken with ginger and onion sauce
Crisped scallops over fried rice

Fried Tofu with baby bok choy sprouts
Szechwan string beans
Sesame Ball (dessert)
It may seem like a lot of rice, but it will be just enough to offset the other meat and veggie dishes. 8 dishes with a cup of soup each and mini sesame balls for dessert. Should be just right for 12.
