I am making some white chocolate candies for Halloween that will have a "blood" filling, so I am looking for recommendations for jam or jelly that has no seeds, and isn't too runny or too stiff. What kinds of red do you like? I'm partial to Raspberry All Fruit, but I'd like to hear what other folks use.
Please, no online suggestions.
