We had another great year and were very happy to see Moxie at Phyllis'!
Our Tiki theme worked out pretty well, we joined two carts together and decorated them with a lot of bamboo and palms.

Our cooking set up was a vertical smoker and a gas grill for crisping food up.

The gas grill gave us some problems through the course of the day, but everything worked out well in the end. We cooked about 120 chicken legs, along with 10 or so chicken breasts and 30 thighs in a variety of styles (Yakitori, Vindaloo, Jamaican Jerk...).

I did one thing I wish I had done more of - a pork shoulder Char Siu that we served on rice buns. I also grilled some pineapple to add to it, and it was really great! Sort of like a westernized Chinese/Pupu platter version of Al Pastor.

All in all, it was a great, great day!

If anyone is interested in doing this next year, especially if you want to set up a team, just let me know and I can help you out. We've actually got some extra cart frames kicking around I could give to someone.
