We went to DryHop last night for dinner and a couple drinks, and I have to say the food was probably the most disappointing meal we've had in Chicago. We had the poutine, which was basically cheese fries (no cheese curds?!), the short rib mini open face sandwiches, which were the only decent thing, the reuben (which we didn't realize was vegetarian), which was super soggy and the mushrooms were very pickled, the grits, which were very bland (with more of the same pickled mushrooms), and the boar belly with ricotta, which was ok (the tiny salad portion was the best part about it though). Would not come here for food again.
At least the beer was good.
(It is SUPER loud btw).
