Are there any grocery store chains which have good baby back ribs, or do you need to go to a local butcher?

The chicken at Sam's club loudly proclaims "All Natural" on the label. If you look closely the small print indicates it is injected with, apparently, natural saline/broth mix up to 12% IIRC.
