Has anyone seen these ingredients, preferably at a brick-and-mortar store?
Aji amarillo is Peruvian yellow pepper. I'm looking for fresh but I'd be interested in canned versions in case fresh proves unavailable.
I'm interested in Andean corn whether canned or frozen. Fresh would be astonishing, even at farmers' markets.
Fresh purslane, at a store, if possible, but if you've seen it at a farmers' market, please let me know which.
Anywhere in the Chicago area is fine, city or suburbs.
