Maybe restaurants should put a disclaimer on the menu saying if you are eating inedible portions of a vegetable, make sure to chew them. Now supposing someone has never eaten a bone-in steak before and the eat the bone...

Post #10 - August 4th, 2014, 9:40 amC-Mannys, the sit-down family dinner Mexican restaurant, which is now on Irving Park road near Elston used to be up Elston in what looked like an old Pizza Hut restaurant. They had a big sign you could see from every table that let you know certain dishes had meat with bones in it. Was always kinda weird and funny all rolled into one. Was told it was because some guy ordered Pollo en Mole and choked really bad on a bone. The weird part is if there isn't whole bones in my mole I'm underwhelmed. I frown on all chicken breast meat in mole.

Post #11 - August 4th, 2014, 9:44 amBased on this, which is the only info I could find about the lawsuit on the internet, Mr. Carvajal appears to have lost his case and his appeal. If only the court had written an opinion, we would have more information about what happened. I think we can surmise, though.The meal isn't over when I'm full; the meal is over when I hate myself. - Louis C.K.
