If I understand correctly, they still do delivery from that location so it's not technically closed.

Two longtime Chicago restaurateurs, Phil Stefani and Adolfo Garcia, who previously announced a partnership to open a River North rum bar this spring, are collaborating on a second restaurant, Broken English Taco Pub. (The rum bar, Flamingo Rum Club, is scheduled to open at the end of May.)
Slated to open the last week of April in the former Einstein Bros. Bagels at Michigan Avenue and Lake Street, Broken English will be a casual, Mexico City-inspired taqueria and bar that will seat about 90 inside and another 40 on an outdoor patio.
Mahalo, a casual Hawaiian spot that will offer luau feasts on its rooftop deck along with Polynesian-Asian fusion dishes, will replace the shuttered Bom Bolla, it was announced Thursday.
