If we're counting candy as food, then that would also include the Starlight Mints and the Carolina Chocolate Drops. Bowling for Soup is a food-related activity, not a food, so I guess they're out. And surely no one would eat a Limp Bizkit.

Red Hot Chili Peppers? Or is that more ingredients than "foods" you're looking for? Flying Burrito Brothers?

Actually, I was thinking of electroclash solo artist Peaches, so I guess that doesn't qualify as a "band."

Cake, unfortunately, are more than one-hit wonders ("The Distance," "Rock & Roll Lifestyle," "Short Skirt, Long Jacket," "Never There," and, maybe a little less popular, their cover of "I Will Survive." Oh, and "Sick of You." Most of those charted top 5 on the alternative charts, though only "The Distance" made the mainstream top 40--I'm a little surprised by that. Maybe that then qualifies as "one hit wonders," but from long-defunct Q101 and WXRT radio play, you'd never know it. "Never There" made it to the top of the alternative charts. I was in college in the mid-90s and I could just not get away from this band.)
