Dusting off an old thread to comment on Mother's Day brunch at Meson Sabika. There were 9 of us there yesterday. Groups of 7 or more were seated in the pavilion rather than the main house. Fine with us as mom is not especially mobile. Our original reservation was for 8 people. When I called to add one more, I was told they couldn't change it but they would do what they could. Seating the pavilion seemed to be all large rounds that could seat up to 10. Not sure why I was told I couldn't change, but it worked out fine.
It's a bountiful spread for $48.95/person (
link to menu here). Cold tapas, hot tapas, prime rib carving station, grill station. Nothing was knock me over great, but there were several good dishes on the spread. A mimosa or glass of cava was included and we supplemented with white and red sangria. Our server was excellent and we never felt rushed, despite spending almost 3 hours there.
