LTH,
My wife wife was in full-on recuperation mode today, pillows on the couch, stack of dvd's, cordless phone and it was up to me to do my part to speed her recovery, which, of course, included a nice lunch. Her usual of Ritz crackers with a dollop of Nutella, sprinkle of imitation bacon chips, mashed King Oscar sardines and a few drops of Texas Pete didn't seem quite up to the task, so, thinking of Kasia's
recent post extolling the virtues,
The Fish Guy for lobster rolls, especially given my wife loves lobster, seemed a natural.
I preordered, a necessity, and arrived just as they started to make my lobster rolls. You don't get much fresher than this.

Celery and lemon zest compliment nicely.
In addition to terrific looking fish, they had drop dead gorgeous heirloom tomatoes, which I requested be added to our Lobster Rolls.
Lobster rolls were delicious, nicely complimented by Texas Pete and a glass of Schweppes Bitter Lemon I picked up at
Minos (
post forthcoming) last week.
My wife is feeling better already, but is now wondering what's for dinner.

Thanks again Kasia and Amscrap.
Enjoy,
Gary
